Way down south, well, maybe mid-way towards the south, is a place filled with rolling hills, mighty rivers, smoky mountains, the delicious odor of barbeque, and a rich music scene that dominates almost every square inch of this slanted-shaped state. Tennessee is the proud home of such all-American icons like Elvis Presley, Davy Crocket, Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, the Allman Brothers, Johnny Cash, Al Gore, Aretha Franklin, B.B. King, and almost everyone who ever strummed a guitar or braved a mountain gap. So immerse yourselves in honky-tonk, grab a fresh Moon-Pie, take a seat at your nearest barbeque joint, and sing the praises of the Volunteer State!
